Rye
A recent three generation birthday getaway (my uncle, my cousin and her son) was spent at Rye, a resort town on the Mornington Peninsula. Despite the cold weather, we managed to get some gorgeous sunshine, fit in a barbecue and do some seagull spotting. During snow season, you can snap up some fantastic deals on holiday houses that get very popular in the warmer months. Who says you can’t go to the beach in winter?
