For selected evenings in April, The Emerson Rooftop will be transformed into an enchanting vineyard for an exclusive pop-up event, ‘Chandon in the City’, where guests will be able to dine under the stars whilst enjoying dishes created by Domaine Chandon, and a unique rooftop cellar door experience.
The space draws on several aspects of the winery itself, decked out in vines and fairy lights with long, communal tables giving the venue a shared, farm-to-table dining experience that echoes what one might experience when visiting the Yarra Valley wine region.
Whilst some favourites from Domaine Chandon’s Green Point Brasserie make an appearance on the sharing menu, such as the decadent Charcuterie Board and Burrata, many of the dishes have been designed especially for the pop-up, each with its own matching wine.

Dates: A la Carte menu available throughout April, every Tuesday to Thursday evening. Chandon degustation menu available on Mondays 11th, 18th and 25th for minimum 30 guests. Bookings essential.
