I often find the best way to capture street or takeaway food is where it should be enjoyed. In most cases, there should ideally not be much of a time lapse between when you acquire the morsel to when it is consumed. It should be spontaneous, hassle-free and of course, enjoyable. The #onthestreet series will focus of various types of treats that I encounter from day to day – things that are best eaten without cutlery. There will be more to come but in the meantime, enjoy!
